The Dutch Grand Prix will take place on August 25 this season. After a 36-year absence, Formula 1 returned to Zandvoort in 2021. Tens of thousands of fans come to cheer Max Verstappen every year during his home race. 

The Dutch circuit is located in the dunes of Zandvoort. The height differences this entails make the circuit challenging for the drivers. This can be seen, for example, in the Arie Luyendyk corner, which has been adjusted for the return of Formula 1 in 2020. The curve has a slope of no less than 32%

72 laps will be driven on the Zandvoort circuit with a length of 4.259 kilometers. The circuit consists of fourteen corners and has two DRS zones. A total distance of 306,587 kilometers is covered. The fastest lap ever on the circuit was driven by Lewis Hamilton in 2021. He then set a time of 1:11.097.
