HOUSERULES
Hereby are our houserules and new measure against unwanted behavior in Amsterdam and Bussum.
Please read them and confirm to me that you agree.
The government of the Netherlands has a new campaign against alcohol abuse, and they will come at the door if they get complains.
-Walking very drunk out in the streets wil cost 140, - euro.
-Pee in public outside costs 140, - euro.
-Throwing rubbish outside costs 140, - euro
For your information, these are our house rules. Please read them and confirm to me that you agree.
SMOKING & USE OF DRUGS IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE!
SMOKING OF DRUGS IS NOT ALLOWED ALSO NOT AT THE TERRAS!
ALCOHOL ABUSE IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE OR OUTSIDE AT THE TERRAS!
BEFORE 10AM and AFTER 22 PM NO LOUD MUSIC
1. No parties in the apartment, this is a lovely and quiet area of town, and my neighbors should be able to enjoy peace and quiet in their own place. No party is allowed at the teras or the public pool!
2. The use of drugs and abuse of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the house! The use and possession of hard drugs is illegal, and anyone suspected of either will be reported to the Police!
3. It is not allowed to invite other people in the house, other than who are in the booking.
4. Silent hours from 10h00 pm till 10h00 am!
5. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment (please note that smoking in the apartment with the windows open is still smoking in the apartment!)
6. Things can break. That's life. I would appreciate if you just tell me so I can replace.
7. It is not allowed to move the furniture in the house!
8. If you are enjoying an evening with your group in the apartment, please don’t make too much noise with each other. Our neighbors do not appreciate noise from the balcony or garden!
8. Do not leave food around the house during your stay and please throw away the garbage in the containers outside, before you leave. Also use the correct garbage bags for garbage and plastic.
9. Respect the check-out time of 10 AM.
10. When you leave the house. Please take out the garbage to the bins outside. This is left when you leave the main entrance and arround the corner you will find 2 metal bins for the garbage.
11. When you leave the house, put all the used showers in the bathroom.
12. When you leave do not leave any dirty dishes behind. But put it in the dishwasher and put it on!
If you agree and sign for these house rules and we get complains from our neighbors, we will report this to the platform you have booked your trip and we will withdraw 50% of the refundable deposit at the 1st complaint, when there is a second complaint, we will withdraw the whole refundable deposit.
